Duties
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals
Manage and optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials
Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts

Requirements
5+ years of hands-on operations management experience in the construction industry
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
