Duties
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals
  • Manage and optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
  • Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on operations management experience in the construction industry
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and productivity tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or related field preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
