We’re seeking a Production Technician/Operator to join a brand-new, fully automated batch production and packaging facility. In this role, you’ll focus on batch formulation, quality control, and process optimization. This hands-on position involves producing and testing batches to ensure all products meet quality and safety standards, collaborating with R&D teams on formulations, tracking inventory, and troubleshooting manufacturing or lab equipment as needed. You’ll oversee operations across the entire production line. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a team to maintain consistent production quality and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, ideally out of batch production and packaging.
• Experience with laboratory testing methods, equipment troubleshooting, and process improvement is ideal.
• Forklift certification and strong communication skills; agricultural or crop protection industry experience a plus.
