Review project plans, specifications, estimates, and documents before work begins
Perform take-offs, identify conflicts, and provide input on schedule, labor, and equipment needs
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers; track lead times and approvals
Manage change orders, documentation, permits, utilities, and site logistics
Oversee safety, traffic control, drainage, and quality control throughout the project
Maintain daily logs, cost reports, as-builts, pay estimates, and final close-out documentation
Supervise and support Foremen, subcontractors, and workforce hiring/termination
Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures
