What You'll Be Doing

  • Overseeing all financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end close processes
  • Preparing accurate and timely financial reports for management and the president
  • Managing the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow
  • Collaborating with department leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Supporting the president and leadership team with financial analysis and strategic insights to drive business performance

 

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and collaborate across departments
  • Comfortable balancing day-to-day financial operations with strategic financial input and process improvements
