What You'll Be Doing:
· Preparing and reviewing billing reports and financial data to support organizational budgeting and financial management
· Training and developing a bill staff of five team members
· Ensuring accurate and timely billing of services to insurance companies and other payers
· Supporting compliance with policies, HIPAA regulations, and industry standards
· Handling accounts receivable and working to resolve outstanding balances
· Addressing and resolving managed care rejections and denials through appeals
About You:
· 5+ years of experience in leading or managing billing operations
· Proven leadership skills with experience in developing teams
· Strong knowledge of insurance billing processes, managed care, and claims resolution
