What You'll Be Doing

• Serving as a strategic advisor to department heads and senior leadership
• Managing all accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and fixed asset accounting
• Leading a team, providing mentorship, support, and process improvements
• Collaborating with outside auditors, banks, insurance companies, and credit card providers
• Developing and implementing accounting systems and controls to improve efficiency
• Participating in financial reviews and recommending improvements to enhance profitability and operational effectiveness 

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience managing accounting functions
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and fixed asset accounting
• Adaptable and proactive in improving processes and systems
• Proven leadership abilities
