About the Role:The VP, AOT Recruiting is responsible for leading a team of recruiters to bring in the future Owner-Operators . In general, stores are independently owned and operated, typically by a person or a pair of people with retail management experience and entrepreneurial hunger. You will lead a team of ~15+ that generates over 30,000 leads per year to result in identifying Aspiring Operators in Training (AOTs) from coast to coast to support the company’s rapid store growth. AOTs proceed into a rigorous training program of approximately five months before being selected for a store. The specific goals for identifying AOT’s for this year (2024) is 70 and the goals increase each year as our store count and business grows. The VP, AOT Recruiting, will report to the Chief Stores Officer.
