Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive the technical vision and development of the Connect platform, simplifying ISP procurement and management.

• Build and scale complex technical products that seamlessly integrate hardware and software elements.

• Collaborate across the stack using TypeScript, React, and Go to deliver innovative solutions.

• Work directly with non-technical stakeholders and external partners to align technical goals with business needs.

• Solve challenging integration problems, ensuring the Connect platform delivers exceptional functionality for businesses.

Job Requirements

Experience:

• 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including time at an early-stage startup.

• Proven track record of building and scaling complex products during growth phases (Series C-E).

• Experience developing solutions that combine hardware and software.

• Familiarity with managing external partnerships and collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.

Skills:

• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Go, or a willingness to learn quickly.

• Strong foundation in full-stack development, including API integrations and web application scaling.

Education:

A degree in Computer Science from a reputable university is preferred but not required.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience as an early engineering hire (e.g., among the first 5–10 engineers at a successful startup).

• Experience as a founder or an early employee in a startup environment.

• Strong product ownership mentality and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
