Type: Direct Hire, Full Time, 1st shift 

Location: South Hackensack, NJ

What You’ll Do:

• Receive work orders and follow detailed instructions to execute assigned jobs
• Collect data-bearing media and other IT hardware from customer sites securely and accurately
• Drive and operate a commercial vehicle (Class B required) to transport collected assets
• Operate destruction equipment such as shredders and degaussers to ensure data is permanently destroyed
• Maintain thorough documentation of collection, transportation, and destruction activities
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction and service quality
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of destruction equipment and vehicles
• Adapt to changing schedules, travel needs, and job site demands
• Perform additional duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• CDL Class B license (or higher) required 
• IT background with at least 2-3 years of customer service and/or technician experience is preferred, but not required 
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
• Comfortable with physical labor, lifting/moving equipment up to 75 lbs.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols
• Must be coachable, dependable, and adaptable to shifting priorities
• Able to lift, move, push, and pull and lift 50-75 lbs
