Join our dynamic team as the Operations Leader for our manufacturing facility. You will be at the helm of various departments from Systems, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Reliability. Also, for the P&L and budgeting process, steering towards a secure, efficient, and growth-oriented manufacturing landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Create a safe and clean environment exceeding industry standards.
• Maximize uptime, minimize scrap, and reduce overall costs for efficiency.
• Implement KPIs to track progress in real-time.
• Foster an engaged and motivated workforce.
• Proficiently manage maintenance and reliability efforts.
• Provide leadership to support company growth.
• Support sales growth through operational efficiency while minimizing complexity.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Specific experience in engineering and operations roles, preferably in flexible packaging, focusing on film extrusion, recycling, and printing.
• Lean Manufacturing experience highly preferred.
• P/L experience, including budget development, cost, and variance analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Customer-focused and collaborative, both internally and externally.
• Proficient in quality and process improvement tools like SPC/SQC, TPM, and Six Sigma.
