Mobile X-ray Technologist

Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled Mobile X-ray Technologist to provide diagnostic services in care facilities. This role involves performing X-rays and EKGs, maintaining diagnostic equipment, and delivering excellent service to patients and healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnostic Imaging:

  • Perform and process X-rays using portable digital (DR) or computed radiography (CR) equipment.
  • Conduct EKGs and transmit results for interpretation.

Communication:

  • Maintain effective communication with dispatch teams, management, and clients.

Equipment Maintenance:

  • Ensure the proper upkeep of the vehicle and X-ray equipment.

Schedule & Shift Details

  • Full-Time (FT): Monday-Friday (PM shifts available).
  • Part-Time (PT): Weekend/evening coverage.

Qualifications

Required

Certification:

  • Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in the state of California (CA).
  • Current and valid Regular Driver’s License (DL).
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination (Yes).

Preferred

Experience:

1+ years in any of the following areas:

  • Meditech RAD (Radiology).
  • Mammography or Radiology.

1+ years in:

  • Echocardiogram (echo).
  • Electrocardiogram (EKG/ECG).
