Our Award Winning Client, a nationally recognized leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a skilled Clinic Medical Director to join their dynamic team. This position offers full-time onsite employment with paid relocation assistance. Overview:

The Clinic Medical Director will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care while also overseeing administrative responsibilities. This position requires a valid Medical Doctor (MD) license in the state of California (CA), along with board certification in Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or PM&R. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous development and growth.
  • Implement effective patient care management protocols on a daily basis.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and identify areas for improvement, maintaining accurate record-keeping and billing practices.
  • Establish and maintain an optimal treatment environment in compliance with State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/Workers' Compensation Regulations.

Technical Skills:

  • Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
  • Graduate of accredited MD or DO program from an accredited university
  • Unrestricted DEA license for the respective state
  • Eligibility for Medicare participation
