Mobile X-Ray Technologist

Overview

Our client is seeking a Mobile X-Ray Technologist to deliver diagnostic services to healthcare and care facilities. This role focuses on providing mobile X-ray and EKG services using portable digital radiography equipment. It also involves effective communication with dispatch and healthcare professionals while maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnostic Imaging & EKGs:

• Perform and process X-rays using portable digital radiography equipment.
• Conduct EKGs and transmit results to physicians for interpretation.

Professional Communication:

• Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and healthcare facility staff.

Equipment Maintenance:

• Maintain the vehicle and portable X-ray equipment in top working condition to ensure consistent service delivery.

Qualifications

Required:

Certification:

• Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in the state of California (CA).
• A valid Regular Driver License (DL).
• Must be up-to-date on COVID-19 vaccination.

Preferred:

Experience:

1+ years in any of the following areas:

• Meditech RAD (Radiology).
• Mammography.
• Radiology.

1+ years in:

• Echocardiogram (Echo).
• Electrocardiogram (EKG/ECG).
• Echocardiography.
