Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited college.
• Minimum of one year of experience in Home Health Care.
• At least one year of experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan (MI).
• Valid Driver's License (DL).
• Ability to spend approximately 20% of the day driving to/from patient locations.

This role supports patients in Benton Harbor and nearby regions and includes a $10,000 first-year success bonus to recognize key achievements in your initial year!

We are looking for compassionate physical therapists with:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
