Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical, Nights

OUR AWARD WINNING CLIENT is seeking a Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical for night shifts. This is a full-time onsite position. Our client has won numerous awards and operates nationally.

MUST-HAVES:

1. Graduated from an accredited Associates Degree in Nursing
2. Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
3. BLS certification is required

JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Document patient care provided and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition effectively to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support.
• Evaluate patient and family learning needs and provide appropriate education.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.

QUALIFICATIONS:

AS A REGISTERED NURSE / RN YOU WILL HAVE:

• Graduated with an Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma Program as a Registered Nurse / RN.
• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse / RN.
• BLS certification is required. ACLS preferred.

SHIFT: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
