Qualifications:

Required:

  • Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy
  • Valid American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS)

Preferred:

  • 1+ years of experience in Interventional Pain
  • Any of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • Wellness Coaching Certification
    • Clinical Exercise Physiologist Certification
    • Certified Cardiac Rehabilitation Professional Certification

The ideal candidate will exhibit a passion for patient welfare, hold either a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, possess a valid Physical Therapy License, and demonstrate a commitment to prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion within a multifaceted workforce. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exemplary healthcare services for patients
  • Assess new patients and formulate comprehensive care plans
  • Administer treatment and establish measurable, functional objectives
  • Educate patients on treatment alternatives and home exercises
  • Supervise aides and monitor patient progress
  • Address pain management as an integral facet of treatment
  • Determine appropriate patient discharge times and impart proper mechanics and strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Achieve reasonable levels of productivity
  • Participate in research initiatives and contribute to protocol development
  • Provide insights on policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives
  • Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Engage in ongoing skills development by remaining abreast of the latest research and techniques

Schedule and Shift Details:

  • Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Flexible scheduling within operational hours
