Full-Time Onsite Position

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and enhance die-making processes.
• Design, construct, and maintain progressive dies for mechanical power presses.
• Perform meticulous maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal die performance.
• Manage materials meticulously, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Adhere to safety protocols rigorously, maintaining a secure working environment.
• Regularly inspect parts against die specifications and uphold strict manufacturing standards.
• Keep detailed records of die maintenance, repairs, and modifications.

Qualifications: Basic Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Local residency within 50 miles of the job site; no relocation benefits available.
• Skilled in machining and constructing tooling per detailed drawings.
• Ability to interpret blueprint drawings.
• Proficient with manual lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Experience with various tool steel materials, including D2, A2, and copper.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Tool and Machining or three years of experience as a die maker.
• Proficiency in building die tooling for stamping/manufacturing processes.
• Welding skills in TIG/MIG.
• Knowledge of steel heat treating processes.

Candidate Profile: This role is ideal for candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience who are at an associate level, possess no management experience, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and do not require travel.
