Our Award-Winning Client is seeking a Registered Nurse (Home Health) to join their growing team in Derry, PA. This role will be responsible for providing Home Health care to patients in the local area, offering skilled, hands-on services in the comfort of their own homes.

Qualifications

Required:

• Associate degree or higher.
• 1+ year of professional experience in an RN role (Home Health experience preferred).
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA).
• Any of the following valid certifications/licenses:
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS).
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS).
• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance.
• Willingness to travel as required for the position.

Preferred:

• Please provide your RN License Number.

Top Skills Required

• 1+ year of experience as an RN (Home Health experience preferred).
• Active RN License in the State of PA.
• Associates Degree (or higher) in Nursing.
• BLS and CPR Certification (assistance provided if needed).
• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance.

What You Need to Know

• Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, with one on-call shift a week (5 PM - 10 PM) and one weekend a month.
• Onboarding: Comprehensive 6-week RN onboarding program.
• Travel Position: Travel reimbursement provided.

Compensation Details:

• Pay-Per-Visit position with a 6-month orientation pay guarantee.
• $3K per pay period stipend guaranteed for the first 6 months.
• Estimated Annual Earnings: $77-100K+.
• Per Visit Rate: Ranges from $42-52/visit.

About the Role

• Work with clients/patients in Derry, PA, and surrounding areas.
• Responsible for traveling to patients' homes and providing Home Health Care.
• The majority of patients are geriatric.
• Provide patient-centered, interdisciplinary team (IDT) care.
• Expectation to see 5-7 patients per day and complete documentation within 24 hours of the visit.

Travel

• Local travel within 45min - 1hr of the nurse's home.
• Travel reimbursement provided.
• Fleet Vehicle Program available after 6 months of employment (includes gas and maintenance).

Hours

• Full-Time | 40hrs per week.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, with one on-call shift a week (5 PM - 10 PM) and one weekend a month.
• Schedules are built a month in advance, with collaboration with schedulers for schedule creation.

Location: Derry, PA (Candidates must reside locally as this is a travel position).
