Key Responsibilities

• Engage in proactive sales efforts for new and existing customers, incorporating cross-selling, upselling, and repeat sales strategies.
• Identify and assess new sales opportunities, building long-term sales strategies to enhance client relationships and expand market presence.
• Develop and execute sales proposals and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Manage customer interactions through a CRM system, ensuring streamlined sales processes and client engagement.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets by driving consistent and effective sales strategies.
• Conduct regular sales calls and on-site visits, evaluating customer needs and recommending customized energy solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in business development, prospecting, and pipeline growth.
• Strong knowledge of power generation and temperature control equipment applications.
• Proven ability to identify market opportunities and navigate the sales territory effectively.
• Demonstrated success in maintaining a minimum annual sales budget of $2 million, showcasing strong sales capabilities.
• General understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, energy storage, and load banks to facilitate informed sales discussions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Technical background or trade school education in Power Generation, HVAC, or Temperature Control Equipment.
• Established network of contacts and book of business within the building and construction sector.
• Previous experience in technical solutions selling.
