Qualifications Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant
• Valid Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) license in New Hampshire (NH)
• ANY of the following valid certifications:
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)

Overview

Our Award-Winning Client is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join their team in Peterborough, NH. In this role, you will provide clinical support under the supervision of an Office Nurse or Physician, assisting with examinations, medical procedures, and patient care while maintaining accurate medical records.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws, injections, child immunizations, and lab tests within CMA scope
• Assist physicians during examinations, including measuring vital signs
• Maintain clean and well-stocked exam rooms
• Handle patient phone calls and relay instructions from the physician
• Manage medical records, referrals, and lab slips
• Assist patients in preparing for exams and procedures
• Support nursing procedures as directed by the physician
• Work as part of a collaborative healthcare team

Schedule and Shift Details

• Full-time, day shift (Monday–Friday)
• Open positions in Family Care or Internal Medicine
