Qualifications

Required:

• Associate degree or higher
• 1+ years of experience in an RN role
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
• Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all three)?
• Are you okay with the required travel for this position?

Preferred:

Overview

Our Award Winning Client is seeking a Registered Nurse (Home Health) to join their growing team in Middletown/Colonial Park, PA. This role is responsible for providing high-quality Home Health care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Top Skills Required:

• 1+ year of professional experience as an RN (Home Health experience preferred)
• Active RN License in the State of PA
• Associate Degree (or higher) in Nursing
• BLS and CPR Certification (If you don’t have this, we will help you obtain it!)
• Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance

Schedule and Shift Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with one weekend on-call every 4-8 weeks, depending on staffing.
• Weekend On-Call Details: On-call for Admissions only on Saturday & Sunday from 8 AM - 5 PM (if needed). To compensate, two weekdays off will be provided.

Home Health RN – $15,000 Bonus

• Location: Colonial Park, PA
• Territory/Driving Expectation: Lower portion of Dauphin County (Grantville, Linglestown, Colonial Park, Harrisburg, Steelton, Highspire, Middletown)
• Preferred Experience: Home Health/Hospice, Acute Care, LTC, SNF
• Not Preferred: N/A
• Pay Rate/Salary: $46-$54 per visit with a $10,000 FYS bonus & a $5,000 sign-on bonus (paid out after the first 30 days of employment).
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with one weekend on-call every 4-8 weeks, depending on staffing.
• Weekend On-Call Details: On-call for Admissions only on Saturday & Sunday from 8 AM - 5 PM (if needed). To compensate, two weekdays off will be provided.
