Job Summary:Our Award Winning Client, a national leader in construction and real estate, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will lead engineering projects, ensure compliance with industry standards, and collaborate with a talented group of professionals to deliver innovative infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception through completion.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of infrastructure projects, such as roads, bridges, and drainage systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies, prepare detailed reports, and generate accurate cost estimates.
• Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project requirements and expectations.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Solve complex engineering challenges and provide technical guidance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in civil engineering, with expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, site grading design, drainage systems, stormwater quality measures, utilities (private and public), and paving.
• Proficiency in engineering design software and tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to lead teams and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
