ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Full-time

Sign-On Bonus Payout Schedule:

• $5,000 in the first paycheck
• $2,500 after 6 months
• $2,500 after 1 year

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing
• 1+ years of experience in Agile methodology
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg)
  • Medical/Surgical (MedSurg)
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
  • Critical Care Unit (CCU)
  • Telemetry
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire (NH)

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:

• Advanced Life Support Certifications:
  • American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS)
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
  • Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
• Critical Care Certifications (Preferred):
  • Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN)
  • Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN)

Overview

Our Award-Winning Client is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prescribing and coordinating professional nursing care for assigned patients, maintaining collaboration with other departments, and actively participating in education, policy updates, and skill development.

Key Responsibilities

• Prescribe and coordinate professional nursing care for assigned patients
• Maintain collaborative relationships with other departments and nursing units
• Participate in education programs, record maintenance, and procedural upgrades

Schedule and Shift Details

• 36 hours per week (Three 12-hour shifts per week guaranteed)
