ER Registered Nurse (RN)

Qualifications Required

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• 1+ years of experience in Nursing Informatics
• 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Paragon Emergency Department
  • Emergency Department (ED)
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • NextGen Ambulatory EHR
  • Other EMR systems
• ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA PALS)
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire (NH)

Overview

Our Award-Winning Client is seeking an ER Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team at Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough, NH. The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current NH RN license and two years of Emergency Department experience. This role involves prescribing and coordinating professional nursing care independently within established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prescribe and coordinate professional nursing care for assigned patients
• Perform responsibilities independently within accepted nursing practice guidelines
• Maintain positive relations with other departments and nursing units
• Participate in all phases of education, record maintenance, and policy/procedure updates

Schedule and Shift Details

• 12-hour night shifts (36-hour guarantee)

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
