Award-Winning Client Seeks Talented Maintenance Reliability Manager

Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry with a stellar reputation, is actively seeking a Maintenance Reliability Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a renowned organization with a global presence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

In this key role, you will:

  • Provide effective leadership for the repair and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Schedule and assign daily tasks for maintaining production equipment, ensuring timely completion.
  • Manage maintenance technicians' schedules and maintain a database for equipment calibrations.
  • Lead and support initiatives for Lean Manufacturing.
  • Diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the operation team to assess equipment and process deficiencies, modifying them to achieve objectives.
  • Direct and manage the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment.
  • Develop relationships with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports, making recommendations for improving operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
  • Ensure maintenance associates are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated.
  • Manage a computerized maintenance management system for tracking work orders and maintenance history.
  • Track, analyze, and improve key maintenance metrics such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, and schedule compliance.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Proven technical supervisory experience demonstrating effective management skills.
  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical systems with electronic controls.
  • Five years of electrical experience with manufacturing equipment.
  • Five years of mechanical experience with manufacturing equipment.
  • Digital controls troubleshooting experience.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to read specs and prints.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Word and Excel.
