Qualifications - Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience collaborating with State/County eligibility workers (1+ years)
  • 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Healthcare Enrollment Sales
    • Healthcare Sales
  • CA driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, a good driving record, and auto insurance (yes)

Qualifications - Preferred:

  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • CRM Software
    • PACE Model Experience
    • Spanish language proficiency

Overview:As an Outreach Specialist at Our Award Winning Client, you will play a vital role in driving referrals for the PACE program, engaging with community partners, and promoting independent living for frail elderly individuals in Los Angeles County. This role requires strong healthcare sales or enrollment sales, networking, and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and enrollment through outreach activities
  • Build relationships with community partners for referrals
  • Collaborate with the Enrollment Specialist Team for successful participant enrollment
  • Organize community events and deliver presentations to promote the PACE program
  • Track and maintain activities in CRM software
  • Ensure compliance with DHCS and CMS regulations
  • Develop marketing plans and enhance referral processes
  • Attend evening and weekend events as needed
  • Support Marketing and Outreach strategies

Schedule and Shift Details:

  • Standard work schedule with occasional evening and weekend events as needed. No on-call shifts. M-F, 8a-5p.

Travel:

  • Local travel throughout the Greater Los Angeles Area. Candidate must reside in LA or within 10-15 minutes of the area.

Internal Notes:

  • Bachelor’s degree and healthcare sales or enrollment sales are required! These qualifications must be clearly reflected on the resume. Ideal candidates should have experience working at healthcare insurance companies, etc. PACE experience or healthcare industry experience is preferred.
  • Pay Range: $61,700-$81,000/yr
  • Any candidates that have worked or applied to Our Award Winning Client within the last 12 months will not pass the name clear stage after review.
  • Working Location: Downtown LA office. Zip code: 90057 (Secure, free parking garage) + traveling throughout LA County. Candidates must reside in LA or within 10-15 minutes of the area. Candidates outside of the LA area will not be considered.
