Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data within various databases and systems.
  • Verify data for errors and inconsistencies and make necessary corrections.
  • Organize and prioritize data entry tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Generate reports and summaries from data as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.
