Short-Term/Temporary Nannies Needed!

Location: The Phoenix Metroplex (Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, Chandler, etc.)
 
Schedule: Families are seeking on-call/short term care! These jobs can range from a one time booking for a few hours to a consistent daily schedule up to a week or so. You can choose which bookings to accept or deny. 
 
About the Job: The Nanny Concierge places short-term/temporary nannies for our clients when their nanny is out sick, taking their PTO, or even just because they are in need of a date-night. The opportunities as a short-term/temporary nanny are endless! As a sub. nanny you can accept as many, or as little, hours as you would like! Making this position very flexible! This position is also open to house-managers, family assistants, and positions alike. 
 
The Ideal Candidate: If you are looking for a flexible schedule with the opportunity to make your own hours then this is the job for you! Ideally, you should be able to commit to at least 1-3 bookings a month.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality childcare to clients on a temporary or substitute basis.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities and ensure their safety and well-being.
- Communicate effectively with parents and the agency regarding any concerns or updates.

Requirements: All of our short-term/temporary candidates must go through the same vetting process as any part-time/full-time nanny/employee. The Nanny Concierge requires all applicants to have: 

  • At least 3 years of nanny/childcare experience

  • Be at least 19 years of age

  • Have a valid drivers license and Social Security Number

  • Must provide 3 professional childcare references

  • Must pass a background check/screening (no criminal record)

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Must abide by a no smoking policy

  • Must have a high school diploma

  • Must LOVE working with children and families

  • Must have a positive attitude and outlook on life

 
Rate of Pay: Starting at $25/hour
