About the Job:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CEO, helping prioritize initiatives, manage competing demands, and drive execution of organizational goals
  • Coordinate executive-level meetings by preparing agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and follow-up action plans
  • Track strategic initiatives, organizational priorities, and cross-functional projects to ensure accountability, visibility, and timely completion
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between executive leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders
  • Develop executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and communications that support leadership decision-making and organizational alignment
  • Coordinate leadership planning sessions, executive meetings, strategic planning activities, and recurring operational rhythms
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, communication, and operational efficiency
  • Lead or support special projects on behalf of the CEO, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables remain on track
  • Collaborate with executive support staff to promote consistency, alignment, and best practices across executive operations
  • Build strong working relationships throughout the organization while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Continuously evaluate and improve executive workflows, communication practices, and organizational processes

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Executive Operations, Executive Business Partner, Project Management, Executive Assistant, or similar leadership support role
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, complex organization
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong business judgment with the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and influence outcomes without direct authority
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level presentations and communications
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organization
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity when handling confidential information
  • Strategic thinker with excellent follow-through, attention to detail, and execution skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel domestically 3-4 days/month
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience

Full time in office: 7:45 am – 5:00 pm with occasional availability outside of standard business hours.
