Executive/Personal Assistant to Co-Founder
A CEO of a successful, fast-growing start-up is looking for a Personal Assistant. The firm already has major clients in food delivery and Fortune 100 enterprises. The role is on-site. Looking for a personal right hand — managing the full spectrum of the Co-Founder’s day-to-day life so he can focus entirely on building the company.
About the Job:
· Lifestyle management: schedule appointments, meetings and lunches - both business and personal
· Operational follow-through
· Coordinate health and wellness routines
· Manage wardrobe
· Coordinating family logistics
· Manage household operations across multiple properties
· Research and hire vendors (cleaning, furnishing, meal preparation, and maintenance)
· Handle recurring deliveries and run errands
· Be the point of contact for property managers and service providers.
· Coordinate travel
About You:
· Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a high-net-worth individual, founder, or executive
· BA/BS from a college or university
· Comfortable navigating apps, managing documents, coordinating across platforms, and picking up new tools
· Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Excel)
· Conversational proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, or Urdu a plus
· Interest in fitness and wellness a plus
· High level of discretion and understanding of confidentiality
· Great time management
· Polished, professional demeanor
· Proactive go-getter; no task is too big or too small
· Outstanding communication skills
