Executive Assistant to the President

About the Job:
¨ Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the President, managing priorities, protecting executive time, and ensuring seamless execution across daily operations
¨ Manage complex calendars, scheduling, domestic and international travel coordination, expense management, and executive logistics while balancing competing priorities and evolving business needs
¨ Prepare executive briefings, presentations, reports, meeting materials, and leadership communications to support informed decision-making
¨ Coordinate board and executive leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, offsites, and key organizational events from planning through execution
¨ Track strategic initiatives, commitments, and action items, ensuring accountability and timely follow-through across leadership teams
¨ Partner closely with senior leaders and executive support teams to drive organizational alignment, communication, and operational excellence
¨ Anticipate risks, identify gaps, and proactively resolve issues before they impact business priorities
¨ Draft executive correspondence, talking points, and internal communications that reflect leadership priorities and organizational messaging
¨ Continuously improve executive support processes, communication workflows, and operational systems to enhance organizational efficiency

About You:
¨ 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting a President, General Manager, C-suite executive, or senior business leader within a fast-paced organization
¨ Demonstrated success managing complex priorities, competing demands, and multiple stakeholders with minimal direction
¨ Strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate needs, think strategically, and exercise exceptional judgment
¨ Outstanding organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through
¨ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and correspondence
¨ Executive presence with the confidence to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organization
¨ High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity when handling confidential business information
¨ Resourceful, resilient, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities and limited structure
¨ Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration technologies
¨ Experience leveraging AI-powered productivity tools to streamline workflows, improve executive support, and enhance operational efficiency
¨ Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
Local remote role based in the Greater Boston area; candidates must reside locally to attend periodic in-person meetings. Approximately 10-15% travel required. Availability outside of standard business hours as needed in support of client and practice demands.
