Remote Executive Assistant to CEO at Wealth Management Firm
A financial services firm that has been in business for 40 years that helps individuals and professional practices grow and manage their wealth, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The role is remote and the hours are Eastern time zone. They have offices in NYC and FL.
About
¨ Daily review emails with the CEO. The CEO will dictate responses and the assistant will compose them and edit and send on the CEO’s behalf.
¨ Act as “gatekeeper” of executive’s time and attention
¨ Prioritize, anticipate needs, and make decisions on behalf of the executive.
¨ Prepare PowerPoint presentations, articles, and seminar materials and reports.
¨ Provide backup support for the administrative team.
¨ Serving as a liaison with clients and team members, by assisting CEO in managing the business.
¨ Manage calendar, business travel, meetings, and personal appointments.
¨ Assist with event and seminar preparation, including materials and logistics.
¨ Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
¨ Assist with promoting wealth management business and recently published books.
About You:
¨ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related support position
¨ BA/BS from a college or university a plus
¨ Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
¨ Experience in financial service industry a plus.
¨ Able to type 70 WPM by dictation
¨ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
¨ Tech-savvy, knowledgeable in AI tools, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively.
¨ Polished, professional demeanor
