Executive Assistant to Private Client Law Firm Partners
A leading law firm in Boston’s central business district with a strong private client practice is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support attorneys serving high-net-worth individuals and families. The firm operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is known for delivering high-quality legal services with a strong emphasis on client experience.

About the Role
· Provide administrative and client service support to attorneys within the private client practice.
· Serve as a primary point of contact for client and internal inquiries with professionalism and tact.
· Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics and travel as needed.
· Prepare correspondence and administrative documentation accurately and efficiently.
· Track billable time and support monthly billing and expense processes.
· Initiate client intake processes, including conflict checks and engagement documentation.
· Maintain organized records and support day-to-day practice operations.
· Collaborate closely with attorneys and team members to ensure efficient workflow.
· 5+ years of administrative or legal support experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
· Experience supporting private client or trust and estate practices is a plus.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, client-facing demeanor.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new systems.
· High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
