Executive Personal Assistant to Founder/CEO, Boutique Financial Advisory Firm, Atlanta, Georgia
A boutique financial advisory firm in Atlanta is seeking an experienced and highly organized “right hand” Executive Personal Assistant to support the Founder/CEO in all things administrative. The CEO has a very busy life, both personally and professionally, so your time will be spent approximately 50% on personal tasks that encompass his life as well as his family. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience supporting a HNW principal, preferably in the finance space, is pro-active, a true problem solver who has the agility to switch gears between personal and professional needs easily. This role is 5 days in the office. The office is business professional in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
About The Job:
· Serve as the primary administrative support, “right hand” to the Founder, managing his calendar, scheduling meetings and prioritizing his in-box, personal and professional.
· Coordinate and arrange domestic and international travel arrangements with detailed itineraries
· Craft and edit emails and other correspondence on his behalf,[personal and professional
· ; Create and edit PowerPoint presentations
· Liaise with executive leadership, key stakeholders and clients with high touch diplomacy.
· Organize meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all materials/reports and logistics are handled effectively
· Track and manage deadlines, priorities, and follow-ups for the CEO on all outstanding projects, personal and professional.
· Expense reporting; Manage check deposits
· Be the point person in the office for administrative needs; stock supplies; office issues
· Personal work; errands
· Point person for property management of Principal’s business holdings (7 locations). Experience managing real estate properties a PLUS
· Ad hoc projects, personal for him and his extended family
About You:
· At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant supporting a HNW Principal. Experience working at a financial firm is highly desired.
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Detail-oriented and organized with exceptional problem-solving skills.
· Has the ability to work with clients and internal stakeholders with diplomacy and a customer service mentality as well as the ability to switch gears to provide personal support, as needed.
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; tech savvy; AI savvy
· An agile mindset that knows how to switch gears and prioritize the day proactively with personal and professional projects
· Warm engaging personality with a “high touch” service mentality
