A highly specialized and innovative technology company is seeking an Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted “right hand” to the CEO. About the Job:

  • Act as a true “gatekeeper” and partner to the CEO; manage complex calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and shifting priorities
  • Prepare the CEO for meetings, presentations, and external engagements, ensuring alignment, organization, and follow-through
  • Serve as a key liaison to internal team members and external stakeholders; maintain strong, professional relationships
  • Support client-facing activities, including communication, follow-up, and coordination to ensure a high-touch experience
  • Assist with planning and coordination of meetings, presentations, and occasional events
  • Help create structure and streamline processes in a growing, fast-paced environment
  • Leverage tools and technology, including AI where applicable, to improve workflows and efficiency
  • Provide administrative and operational support (e.g., expense tracking, basic financial coordination)
  • Offer occasional support to additional leadership, as needed
  • Remain flexible and responsive in a role that evolves alongside the business

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive, entrepreneur, or leadership team
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proactive, self-sufficient, and solutions-oriented with strong judgment and common sense
  •  Personable and professional, with strong interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with a variety of stakeholders
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
  • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment with evolving structure
  • Interest in leveraging technology and tools (including AI) to drive efficiency and innovation (familiarity with AI tools a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • QuickBooks proficiency a plus

Standard business hours (Monday–Friday) in-office, with flexibility in start and end times.
