Our client, a mission-driven service company providing critical support to hospitals, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others and thrives in a caring, highly collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will serve as the CEO’s operational “right hand,” managing complex logistics including calendar oversight, project coordination, travel, and event planning. This role requires a high-touch approach, effectively managing the CEO’s day-to-day world end-to-end so he can focus on scaling the business and advancing its altruistic mission. Advanced Excel skills and a strong interest in using AI as a daily productivity tool are essential. Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desired. About the Role
Executive Support
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Utilize advanced Excel functions including pivot tables, dashboards, and data analysis
- Act as liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up
Data & AI Integration
- Utilize AI-driven tools for scheduling, workflow optimization, and data insights
- Support the CEO in leveraging AI for operational efficiency and strategic decision-making
Healthcare Expertise
- Apply knowledge of healthcare industry standards and compliance in executive-level projects
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams on initiatives impacting patient care and organizational performance
Project Management
- Assist in planning and executing strategic projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years supporting C-suite executives, preferably within healthcare
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Look-ups); Six Sigma Certification a PLUS
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Power BI
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively and creatively solve problems
- Tech-savvy with a passion for innovation and process improvement
- Collaborative, high-energy, proactive with an interest working for a mission-driven firm
Compensation
