Executive Assistant to Co-Founders of Consulting Firm, Short Hills, NJ
A successful, growing global consulting firm in Short Hills, NJ is looking for an Executive Assistant to the Co-Founders. The company has been in business for 6 years and has offices in the US and UK and a total of 270 employees, with 65 in the NJ office. The role is 5 days in office. The dress code is casual, and the firm often has social activities for employees.
About the Job:
¨ Coordinate and prioritize meetings
¨ Vet and prioritize emails
¨ Maintain a busy calendar and prioritize on the executive’s behalf
¨ Schedule meetings in multiple time zones
¨ Compose and prepare confidential correspondence
¨ Prepare materials for meetings; internal and external
¨ Serve as the first point of contact for the executive office
¨ Coordinate Board meetings, prepare materials for the meetings and follow up on action items
¨ Coordinate complex travel arrangements and create itineraries
¨ Attend meetings and take notes
¨ Process expense reports
¨ Some off-hour availability required
About You:
¨ Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a CEO
¨ BA/BS from a college or university
¨ Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
¨ Strong communication skills: written and verbal
¨ Strategic thinker
¨ Understand the importance of confidentiality and trust when supporting founders
¨ Dynamic and proactive comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
¨ Polished, professional demeanor and the gravitas to interact with high-level executives
¨ Outstanding communication skills
