Executive Assistant to Senior Partner, Established Law Firm
An established and highly respected law firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to serve as the trusted right hand to a Senior Partner in a fast-paced, client-focused practice. About the Job:
- Serve as a trusted partner to the Senior Partner, managing priorities, protecting executive time, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Own complex calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination while balancing client commitments, internal priorities, and competing demands
- Proactively manage a high-volume inbox, prioritize communications, draft correspondence, and ensure timely follow-up with clients and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate domestic travel, itineraries, meeting logistics, expense reporting, and executive preparation
- Prepare, proofread, and organize legal and business correspondence, reports, presentations, and other executive materials
- Track critical deadlines, commitments, and ongoing projects while helping maintain strong organization and accountability across the practice
- Support client communications and relationship management with professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional attention to service
- Assist with document management, administrative processes, time entry, and general operational support for the practice
- Partner with firm leadership and administrative staff to improve workflows, streamline processes, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations
- Leverage technology and AI-powered productivity tools to enhance organization, communication, and workflow efficiency
- Handle highly confidential client, business, and personnel information with the utmost discretion and professionalism

About You:
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant, Legal Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or senior administrative experience supporting an executive or partner in a professional services environment
- Previous law firm experience preferred, or experience in other high-touch professional services environments
- Demonstrated success managing complex calendars, executive communications, and competing priorities with minimal direction
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft polished client and executive correspondence
- Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Resourceful, proactive, and confident exercising sound judgment while working independently
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity when handling confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, document management systems, and practice management software
- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
Full time in office: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional availability outside of standard business hours.
