Executive Assistant to Managing Partner
A highly regarded litigation-focused law firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its Managing Partner. The firm operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is known for its sophisticated practice and commitment to excellence.

The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the Managing Partner’s time, communications, and priorities are managed effectively while maintaining the highest level of discretion.
About the Job:
- Provide comprehensive executive support, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of briefing materials and follow-ups.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, exercising sound judgment and professionalism.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and expense reporting.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and administrative documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical records and support document management processes.
- Assist with office operations, special projects, and professional events as needed.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and team members to ensure efficient workflow and seamless daily operations.
About You:
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- High level of discretion and experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Technically proficient, with advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
