  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and clinical, operational, and business teams to ensure clarity, responsiveness, and alignment.
  • Assist in advancing sales and marketing initiatives by coordinating timelines, synthesizing updates, and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Interpret operational and financial reports to distill key insights that support informed decision-making.
  • Handle highly sensitive clinical, financial, and strategic information with absolute discretion.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years supporting a C-suite executive, ideally within healthcare, professional services, or a growth-stage environment.
  • Experience supporting multi-site healthcare operations or physician-facing organizations strongly preferred.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects with precision.
  • Strong business writing and communication skills with a polished executive presence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Zoom, and project management/CRM tools.
  • Demonstrated discretion, emotional intelligence, and sound judgment.
  • Comfortable working across clinical and corporate functions in a dynamic environment.
  • Adept at synthesizing data and reporting to support executive decision-making.

Competitive salary; discretionary annual bonus; comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with 6% match; paid time off and holidays.

Hours: Full-time (8:00 am – 5:00 pm ET) remote, with flexibility for outside hours requirements and approximately 30% domestic travel.
