About the Job:

  • Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, providing comprehensive executive support including calendar management, travel coordination, communications, and meeting preparation
  • Manage complex and rapidly changing priorities while protecting executive time and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Prepare executive briefings, agendas, presentations, reports, and decision-support materials
  • Proactively manage communications, including inbox oversight, correspondence drafting, and follow-up coordination
  • Own key organizational cadences including leadership meetings, business reviews, town halls, planning sessions, and recurring operational reviews
    Track action items, decisions, commitments, and deliverables to ensure accountability and timely execution
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, logistics planning, expense management, and contingency support
  • Partner with leaders to optimize meeting effectiveness, scheduling practices, and overall organizational workflows
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, executive visits, offsites, and special events across multiple teams and locations
  • Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, purchasing activities, and operational administration as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline operations, and enhance organizational effectiveness through technology and automation
  • Leverage AI-enabled productivity tools to improve communication, planning, workflow management, and executive efficiency

About You:

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives in a complex, fast-paced, or global environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while supporting multiple stakeholders and organizational initiatives
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential business and personnel information
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting executive-level correspondence and presentations
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable making decisions independently, anticipating needs, and navigating ambiguity with confidence 
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and related productivity platforms
  • Familiarity with Power BI preferred
  • Experience utilizing AI-powered productivity tools and workflow automation technologies preferred
  • Ability to travel domestically approximately once/quarter

Remote role based in Greater Seattle area. Standard hours 7:30 am – 5:00 pm PT. Must reside in Pacific Time Zone. Availability outside of standard business hours, as needed.
