About the Job:
- Act as a true “gatekeeper” and right hand to the founder; manage complex calendar scheduling, inbox organization, and daily priorities across both business and personal commitments
- Handle phone calls and communications with professionalism; screen and prioritize incoming requests
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and assist with logistics, including airport transportation and itineraries
- Support event planning and execution, including logistics, coordination, and on-the-ground assistance as needed
- Assist with project coordination and help document and refine internal processes and methodologies
- Manage data entry, documentation, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Run local errands and provide personal support, including light office/home organization and coordination
- Build strong working relationships and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Remain flexible and responsive to evolving needs in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Availability outside of standard hours as needed, within reason
- Primarily remote work environment, with approximately 25% in person required -- must be available to meet in person for a few hours each Sunday

About You:
- 2–5+ years of experience supporting an executive, entrepreneur, or small business owner (Executive/Personal Assistant experience preferred)
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities and shift gears quickly
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without constant direction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and resourceful problem solver
- High level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence when handling confidential matters
- Comfortable supporting both business and personal tasks in a blended role
- Passion for personal development, growth, and contributing to a purpose-driven mission is a strong plus
- Reliable transportation and flexibility for local, in-person support
