 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Performing fieldwork, documentation, and research to inform design decisions.
• Coordinating engineering systems and calculating material requirements.
• Creating detailed designs using computer-aided drafting software.
• Preparing independent construction document packages.
• Maintaining dynamic communications with all project stakeholders.

 About You:

• Be able to do the job as described.
• 6-12 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience in the industrial, educational, and healthcare sectors.
• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; NYS Professional License preferred.
