Maverick Search Partners is assisting Northside Hospital in their search for a Director of Compensation and Benefits/ Total Rewards to join their Human Resources team.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the development, implementation, and administration of comprehensive compensation and benefits programs for over 30,000 employees.
Conduct thorough market research and data analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages and program design.
Lead a team of dedicated benefits and call center staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
Negotiate with vendors and consultants to optimize program design, cost-effectiveness, and value.
Implement innovative solutions and stay ahead of industry trends in compensation and benefits.
Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations governing compensation and benefits.
Provide expert guidance and leadership on all aspects of compensation and benefits, serving as a valuable resource for senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, Master's preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, program design, and communication.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a team.
Solid understanding of federal and state regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Experience with vendor management and benefits administration preferred.
Experience in Hospital arena is preferred
