Maderra Personnel is currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of Senior Integration Specialist in St. John’s, NL.

Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Integration Specialist will provide guidance on project execution, project integration and coordination of interfaces with existing operating departments and external contractors, to ensure smooth transition and integration of the asset into operations in the WR field.
  • Provide guidance on offshore integration activities as they relate to planning, execution, SIMOPS, HSEQ and risk.
  • Ensure all project interfaces are aligned with the Project Master Schedule, and integrated where necessary.
  • Support the development of information handover plans and coordination of the information handover activities.
  • Steward to the WWR Interface Management Procedure and coordinate existing project interfaces.
  • Identify and coordinate with the various interface owners within Owners Team and Contractors. Demonstrate leadership of the Integration group within the wider project community.
  • Develop and coordinate internal interface points between project teams and existing operations departments.
  • Support the development of commissioning and handover to operations plans.
  • Maintaining up to date project Interface procedures and work instructions.
  • Develop and advise on Integration Plans/Procedures.
  • Interface/Integration status reporting as required.
 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, P. Eng. preferred.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in offshore execution of large-scale oil and gas projects in the Atlantic Region.
  • Experience with Interface/Integration Management.
  • Knowledge of the WWR wider project community, including all the contractors involved in fabrication and delivery
  • Knowledge of regulations pertaining to offshore NL
  • Experience with interface coordination
  • Knowledge of contract language for the major WWRP fabrication/construction scopes (Topsides, CGS, Marine, Subsea)
  • Understanding of project phase transitions from engineering through construction, commissioning and startup
  • There is a potential for this role to transition into offshore execution.
