Surgical Regional Account Manager - Los Angeles, CA

Company in a rapid growth cycle seeks a Los Angeles area based rep selling the latest technology in the detection of breast cancer and a device used in surgery to control bleeding.  This is an expansion territory and 10,000 shares of stock granted upon hire.
 
Calling on Breast Surgeons, General Surgeons, Vascular Surgeons, and Cardiothoracic selling capital, disposables, and single use devices to control bleeding during surgery.
 
Must have experience selling into surgery with a focus on either Breast Surgery, General Surgeons, Vascular, or Cardio-Thoracic Surgeons.  Experience must be in capital or single use device selling a procedural surgeon driven product.
 
Territoy will include the greater Los Angeles area north to the Central Valley.
30% travel.
 
Requirements:
  • Must be based in Los Angeles, CA.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must have 5+ years of selling surgical devices to Surgeons with a focus on either General, Vascular, Breast, or Cardiac Surgeons. No Exceptions!
  • Selling capital equipment is a plus but not required.
  • Ideal candidate will be selling emerging technology and changing the way a surgeon does a procedure.
 
Base Salary: $100,000.00 TO $100,000.00
Total Comp @ Plan: $200,000.00 TO $220,000.00
Compensation: $100k base, $200-220k at plan, 4-month guarantee, stock options
