LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Boston. This is an incredible opportunity to work alongside top-tier attorneys in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while handling high-stakes litigation matters for an impressive roster of clients.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Bar Admission in Massachusetts.
  • 2–4 years of substantive litigation experience at a mid-size or large law firm.
  • Proven experience drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions.
  • Background in class action defense, financial services litigation, and/or bad faith insurance litigation is a plus.
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with a strategic approach to case management.
  • Ability to work independently and take the lead on key aspects of litigation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex litigation matters across a range of industries, including business disputes, class actions, and financial services litigation.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda with precision and strategic insight.
  • Take and defend depositions, preparing clients and witnesses effectively.
  • Argue motions in state and federal courts.
  • Work closely with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.
  • Manage discovery, including document production and review.
