Our client is an industry leader in the tech rental industry, providing a wide range of POS, event management, and IT solution rentals. They partner with top brands including Square, Shopify, and Eventbrite, serving an impressive lineup of industries and verticals.
They seek an Account Executive (inbound sales) to join its growing team. This role is responsible for managing and converting inbound inquiries into sales, building relationships with potential customers, and ensuring a smooth and positive buying experience. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a drive to exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, chats, and web inquiries.
· Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and recommend appropriate products or services.
· Educate customers on features, benefits, and pricing to facilitate purchasing
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM
· Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to optimize the customer journey.
· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
· Provide feedback on lead quality and customer trends to support business growth.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related field (inbound sales experience preferred).
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to listen actively, ask effective questions, and present solutions clearly.
· Comfort using CRM software and other sales tools.
· Goal-oriented with a positive, resilient attitude.
· High level of organization and attention to detail.
Salary is 60K +/- with OTE 2x your base. Plus, solid benefits
