Your Role with the Company:

As the Administrator, you are responsible for managing staff and health care needs of all residents. You will be expected to communicate with doctor offices and families daily and meet with prospective families to ensure their valued family member will continue to be cared for and treated as a family member in the assisted living home! We’re looking for someone compassionate who can represent our company proudly and care for our residents and employees like a family.

Experience Profile:

  • Previous experienced with working in an assisted living setting or similar
  • Ability to manage staff and residents with ease
  • Previous management experience
  • Must be able to multi-task
