Exact hours will fall between 3p-11p on Thursdays, and 10a-12a on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Start ASAP. 

Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients (wash, peel, chop, portion).
  • Marinate meats and prepare sauces.
  • Ensure ingredients are stocked and ready.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Wash dishes, clean equipment, and sanitize surfaces.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Kitchen experience preferred.
  • Basic food prep skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
  • Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
