Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients (wash, peel, chop, portion).
Marinate meats and prepare sauces.
Ensure ingredients are stocked and ready.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Wash dishes, clean equipment, and sanitize surfaces.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.
Kitchen experience preferred.
Basic food prep skills.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
